Requirements for a Refund:


Return & Refund Process

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).


Login to your Account

Login to your BuyIMMI account, which will then bring you to your account dashboard.


Select “Orders”

Click on the “Orders” tab and find the order you would like to return.


Click “View”

Click on the “View” button on the order you would like to place a refund.


Select “Ask For a Refund” or “Refund My Entire Order”

If you select “Ask For a Refund” you are requesting a refund for an individual item in your order. “Refund My Entire Order” refunds you the amount of all the items ordered.


Complete the Form

A message box will appear. Type in the message box explaining why you are asking for a refund. Attaching images is HIGHLY recommended for BuyIMMI to determine if a refund is necessary. Don’t forget to click the “Submit” button once you are finished.


You will Receive An Email

Once our team gathers the necessary information, you will receive an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) form via email. Please print and include this in your return package.

Final Confirmation

Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunded amount. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment card within 3-5 business days.
